Order Cancellation Policy
1. Paid orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order. After 4 hours, cancellations are no longer possible as we begin processing your order promptly.
2. COD orders require verification by the customer. If verification is not completed, the order will be automatically cancelled.

We want you to love what you receive. However, if you need to return or exchange, please review the policy below.
✅ 1️⃣ Defective or Damaged Items (Unpacking Video Required)
1. We only offer exchange or store credit (gift card) for defective items.
2. Store credit will have indefinite validity for future purchases.

🪴 Please note: Our products are handcrafted. Minor dots and variations may occur, which are part of the natural clay manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
✅ 2️⃣ Returns (If You Don’t Like the Product)
We accept returns only if initiated within 48 hours of delivery. You can initiate a return from our website.
1. A return fee of ₹99 will be deducted. Also, Shipping charges (if any) paid during order are non-refundable.
2. The remaining amount will be issued as store credit for future purchases. You can use the store credit for another order.
3. We reserve the right to deny free returns if a previous COD order was canceled at the doorstep.
Conditions for Returns
✅ Items must be:
1. Unused
2. In original condition with tags and packaging
✅ Refunds (as store credit) will be processed within 2 working days of return approval.
🚚 Reverse Pickup Availability
1. We use Shiprocket for reverse pickups.
2. In rare cases, if your pincode is unserviceable for reverse pickup, the return will be processed once the pincode becomes serviceable again.
⚖️ Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all disputes amicably for your satisfaction. If unresolved, the jurisdiction for disputes will be Kolkata, India.
❌ What We Do Not Accept:
1. Returns or exchanges for products you no longer want after 48 hours of delivery.
2. Returns without an unboxing video for defective items.
